中頻爐設(she)備運轉正常(chang),常(chang)常(chang)擊穿補償電(dian)(dian)容(rong)。原因剖(pou)析:毛病原因如下。1、中頻電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)和作業頻率(lv)過高。2、電(dian)(dian)容(rong)裝(zhuang)備不行。3、在電(dian)(dian)容(rong)升(sheng)壓(ya)電(dian)(dian)路中,串聯電(dian)(dian)容(rong)與并聯電(dian)(dian)容(rong)的容(rong)量相差太(tai)大,形成電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)不均擊穿電(dian)(dian)容(rong)。
發動時直流電(dian)(dian)(dian)流大,直流電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓低中頻(pin)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓不能正常樹立。剖析處理:補償電(dian)(dian)(dian)容短(duan)路。斷開(kai)電(dian)(dian)(dian)容一(yi)(yi)查(cha)找(zhao)短(duan)路電(dian)(dian)(dian)容一(yi)(yi)替換(huan)短(duan)路電(dian)(dian)(dian)容。
發(fa)動(dong)時中(zhong)頻(pin)爐直(zhi)流(liu)(liu)電流(liu)(liu)大(da),直(zhi)流(liu)(liu)電壓(ya)和中(zhong)頻(pin)電壓(ya)低,設備聲響煩悶并發(fa)動(dong)過流(liu)(liu)維護。剖(pou)析處理:逆變橋(qiao)(qiao)(qiao)有一橋(qiao)(qiao)(qiao)臂的(de)晶(jing)(jing)閘(zha)(zha)(zha)(zha)管(guan)或(huo)(huo)許(xu)短路或(huo)(huo)開(kai)路形成(cheng)逆變橋(qiao)(qiao)(qiao)三臂橋(qiao)(qiao)(qiao)運(yun)轉。用示波(bo)器(qi)別離調查(cha)逆變橋(qiao)(qiao)(qiao)的(de)4個橋(qiao)(qiao)(qiao)臂上的(de)晶(jing)(jing)閘(zha)(zha)(zha)(zha)管(guan)管(guan)壓(ya)降(jiang)波(bo)形,若(ruo)有一橋(qiao)(qiao)(qiao)臂上的(de)晶(jing)(jing)閘(zha)(zha)(zha)(zha)管(guan)的(de)管(guan)壓(ya)降(jiang)波(bo)形為一線(xian),該晶(jing)(jing)閘(zha)(zha)(zha)(zha)管(guan)已(yi)穿通(tong),若(ruo)為正弦波(bo),該晶(jing)(jing)閘(zha)(zha)(zha)(zha)管(guan)未導通(tong),替換(huan)已(yi)穿晶(jing)(jing)閘(zha)(zha)(zha)(zha)管(guan),并查(cha)找晶(jing)(jing)閘(zha)(zha)(zha)(zha)管(guan)未導通(tong)的(de)原因(yin)。
中(zhong)頻(pin)爐(lu)設備(bei)正(zheng)常運轉一段(duan)時(shi)間后(hou)出(chu)現異常聲響,電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)表讀數晃動(dong)設備(bei)作(zuo)業(ye)不(bu)(bu)穩定。剖析處理:主要是至中(zhong)頻(pin)爐(lu)設備(bei)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)氣元器材的熱(re)特性不(bu)(bu)良所造(zao)成的,可把設備(bei)的電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)氣部(bu)(bu)分分為弱電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)和強電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)兩部(bu)(bu)分,別離檢(jian)測。先檢(jian)測操控(kong)(kong)部(bu)(bu)分,可防備(bei)損壞主電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)路功率器材,在不(bu)(bu)閉合主電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)源開關的情況下,只接通(tong)操控(kong)(kong)部(bu)(bu)分的電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)源,待操控(kong)(kong)部(bu)(bu)分作(zuo)業(ye)一段(duan)時(shi)間后(hou),用示(shi)波(bo)器檢(jian)測操控(kong)(kong)板的觸發脈(mo)(mo)沖(chong),看觸發脈(mo)(mo)沖(chong)是否正(zheng)常。在承(cheng)認操控(kong)(kong)部(bu)(bu)分正(zheng)常的前提(ti)下,發動(dong)設備(bei),不(bu)(bu)正(zheng)常現象出(chu)現后(hou),用示(shi)波(bo)器調查(cha)每只晶閘(zha)管的管壓(ya)降(jiang)波(bo)形,找出(chu)熱(re)特性差的晶閘(zha)管,若晶閘(zha)管的管壓(ya)降(jiang)波(bo)形都(dou)正(zheng)常,這時(shi)就要留(liu)意其(qi)他電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)氣元件是否有問題(ti),如斷路器、電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)容器、電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)抗器、銅排接點(dian)和主變壓(ya)器。
重(zhong)載冷爐發動時,各電參(can)數(shu)和聲(sheng)響都正常(chang),但功(gong)率(lv)升不(bu)上去,過流維(wei)護。剖析處理:1、逆變換流角(jiao)太小。用(yong)示波器(qi)觀看逆變晶閘管的換流角(jiao),把換流角(jiao)調到合適值(zhi)。2、爐體絕緣阻值(zhi)低或短路(lu)。用(yong)兆(zhao)(zhao)歐表檢(jian)測爐體阻值(zhi),掃除(chu)爐體的短路(lu)點。3、爐料鋼鐵相對(dui)感應圈阻值(zhi)低。用(yong)兆(zhao)(zhao)歐表檢(jian)測爐料相對(dui)感應圈的阻值(zhi)。
